Initiate of forbidden bass magic, purveyor of heavy beats, and a rare and gifted creature in crafting intergalactic soundscapes, Alexandre escorts our senses through his dark and mysterious “Dead Dreams” EP. This album encompasses a prismatic and diverse range, spanning tempos from Dubstep to Drumstep. The frequencies in “Dead Dreams” carry us through a samurai swordsmans’ delicate and dedicated meditation, while resonant drums and melodic piano sweeps collide with immortal, high-tones that beckon the listener deep into the ninja’s deadened dream flight. Growling, molten bass echoes ancient growth grumbling throughout the quest. “Ex Infernis” is the firing of a light saber loaded quasar and expertly mixed with a galactic drumstep battle for your soul. In “Gossamer”, eerie female vocals, and punchy piano stabs mixed with creamy coos and groovy, funk-a-del bass layers waltz us into a futuristic disco séance. “Freedom” bubbles in lustrous and graceful piano, laced with undertones of squishy, enchanting bass; Goddess vocals become a beacon of direction in this emotive odyssey. “Powerstance” is a gritty explosion blasting us into an inspired, exotic, Dubstep web, weaving choice revival vocals tightly into our grips.
